Refund policy

Einsteins Australia handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Products must be returned at the buyer's expense, undamaged, unopened, in a resaleable condition. Refunds may not be issued for products returned in an unsellable condition.

Refunds will be processed promptly, and with payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Einsteins Australia.

 

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday parties are not eligible for refunds. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have received confirmation for their chosen date and time before making payment. If you are unsure if you have received confirmation, please get in contact with us.

Birthday party deposits are non-refundable, covering the administration costs of booking your party and securing your chosen date and time.
